About Mercycare Outreach
Mercycare & Outreach provides high quality outreach service to 18+ care leavers. We blend independence and support to allow our young people to be empowered to make decisions for themselves while knowing there is help available when they need it. The support aims to enable Young People cope with the various demands of maintaining a tenancy whilst building on their existing skills.
Over the years, Mercycare Outreach has produced a team of experts that are passionate about supporting young people by providing them with
practical and emotional support they need while moving to a different accommodation.
